1. Illegal and harmful activity
You must not use Acre to create, promote, sell, deliver, or facilitate:
- Illegal goods, services, conduct, or instructions intended to enable crime.

2. Restricted products and claims

This includes financial services, investments, gambling, controlled substances, weapons, prescription products, and regulated healthcare. You must not make deceptive earnings, health, performance, or investment claims.
3. Intellectual property and privacy
You must not upload, copy, sell, or distribute content, personal data, trademarks, or other material unless you have the right to do so. You must respect confidentiality, privacy, publicity, and intellectual property rights, and respond promptly to valid complaints.
4. Platform integrity
You must not:

5. Seller standards
Offers must be described accurately. Pricing, renewal terms, future instalments, access, delivery, material limitations, and refund terms must be clear before purchase. Sellers must deliver what was promised, provide working support contact details, and comply with consumer-protection laws.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate reports and use automated or manual controls to protect the service. We may request information, remove content, restrict uploads, disable checkout, unpublish an offer or store, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or report activity to Stripe or authorities. We consider severity, intent, history, risk, and the opportunity to remedy a breach. Serious or urgent harm may require action without advance notice.
7. Reporting and appeals
Report suspected violations to abuse@runacre.com with the relevant Acre URL and supporting details. An account holder may ask us to review an enforcement decision by replying to the notice or contacting support@runacre.com.
